  I realize the seller doesnt accept returns. However, I received the item broken. The entire side of the plate was broken in three places and damaged. It was packed well, but it still arrived in pieces. The seller refuses to process a return. I have to file a claim, which is annoying and unnecessary when he could just refund my Purchase amount. I will never buy from this seller again . as a seller., ido everything I can to make my customers happy , Apparently, this seller doesn’t share this goal
