    Not the best customer service skills but Rane MP-24Z was packed great, and product looks just like advertised. Shipping took some time but USPS can be slow. Works as it should so far. Rane never disappoints. Smooth.....

    Buyer sent multiple messages day after day. Primarily focused on creating and anticipating problems when none existed. Requested details about our internal insurance policies and threatened negative feedback when we did not disclose this information. Transaction was very challenging, however it appears buyer was happy with item, so we are happy for him.
