    From Listing - "This listing is for 2 - NEW Thomas Compressor / Vacuum Pump Model 2750T Piston Cups." So, communication is important. I received 1 (ONE) set of piston cups for 1 (ONE) compressor. A set is 2 (TWO) cups (a big and small). The listing communicates 2 (TWO) compressor Piston Cups. It was misleading on purpose, which is why they don't accept returns. Also, the seller gives you some Jesus paperwork which was totally unacceptable. Seller--communicate better--follow WWJD.

    Your comment does not make any sense. The listing description specifically states all the things that you say are missing or not communicated correctly. If you needed this to rebuild your pump you received exactly what you paid for, and the negative feedback is unwarranted. Also, yes, we do spread the gospel unashamedly.

    These are advertised as an OEM kit. The picture showed they were packaged as kits like OEM would be. What I received was not what was shown in the pictures. I got sandwich bags full of parts that are all combined. I bought six and so all six are combined in sandwich bags. Be extremely careful dealing with these people because I cannot get in touch with them. In addition, they came two days later than they promised for shipping.

    We are available almost 24/7 and were in contact with you about your purchase. These were indeed an OEM kit but consolidated into 1 box for shipping. Shipping and delivery both on time and ahead of the promise date. Your reasons for negative feedback being left are completely untrue.
