  Almost half of the DVDs were in bad or very bad condition (lot was listed as very good). Seller promised a 50% refund several times over many days of discussion, which I gladly accepted. Later he even generously offered to fully refund and I can keep the discs as an apology. But a few weeks later, the limit date for eBay protection was coming and still no refund. So I had to return the whole thing for reason "Item not as described". Waste of time, but at least I didn't lose any money.

Had some shipping issues when he was out of town, but refunded my shipping costs, paid for expedited shipping out of his own pocket, and threw in several extra disks.
