    ÍTEM NEVER RECEIVED!! Sent me a tracking number that only showed a label was created for over a week and pending receipt of package from seller. I messaged seller several times as this was a gift that stated it would arrive prior to the holiday and I ordered well in advance. Now I have no gift and seller has no proof of dropping the item off at post office. Didn’t even offer to send a replacement just a refund that was not the full amount I paid. Very upsetting.
