    Hola, lo siento, pero los productos retenidos en la aduana no son mi opción y nunca recibí ninguno de sus mensajes. Si lo recibí, soy muy receptivo a todos los mensajes que recibo. He aceptado su reembolso y espero que esta disputa se resuelva lo antes posible. Nuevamente nuestras disculpas en nombre de la aduana y otros problemas que tuvo que enfrentar donde nadie respondió a sus mensajes.
