  I love the Grohe products!!! Best showers on the market!!! That said, I did have a problem with this open box item. The backer plate in this box was not correct. However, I was able to call Grohe and they are shipping the correct one for a reasonable price! They were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

  Item arrived scratched and without all parts. Missing screws, wall mounded label card, etc. Not new in box as represented. If this was disclosed in the listing, I didn't see it. I will not buy from this seller again and recommend caution to other shoppers.

  Super pleased with this seller! Seller responded to all of my questions and concerns prior to purchase. Faucet was shipped on the date promised. Very well packaged.
