    For the price, this laptop was a steal, even in the condition it was in. I will be giving it a little work and TLC at some point soon in the future, but it arrived as described. Packaging was also good too, the only issue was that the postal service did mis sort this package, but thankfully it did end up at the post office close to my work and I was able to pick it up on my lunch break, so this issue in shipping was no fault of the buyer. All in all I am very happy and satisfied with my purchase

    Very fast shipping!!! Item condition is virtually new, way much better condition than what they described. Unfortunately, seller's engineer forgot to remove the password after their checkup. Seller has been extremely prompt and courteous trying to resolve the issue. To the end, after multiple password fail, bitlocker kicked in and I have no choice but request for return. Refund was very quick and swift. A++++++ on description, communication, service!!!!
