The card arrived in perfect condition and installed easily with no issues and on tests is working perfectly as intended. The communication, price from this seller was excellent.     We had a hiccup when Seagate Exos drives was sent instead of the Ironwolf drives listed. The seller offered a refund or swap, but import taxes and shipping would have been prohibitive. In the end we settled on an extended warranty for the alternate drives and they are working just fine in my NAS so far. However, if the exact model is important to you, please check before ordering, especially from abroad. Overall this was a good price for new drives
