  The item is ok, not packaged well, arrived late. I don't like to give negative reviews, however, my item was given a tracking number and sat for almost 2 weeks before shipping. I tried to send a note to contact the seller and ask why the shipping was delayed....was unable to communicate with the seller.

  Warning!!... Listed as "Salon Professional" we paid $9.28 for a cheap 'Dollar Store' Hairbrush! Beware!!... Seller posted from California; actually operating out of Australia!! Seller request return of item for refund; ok, that's usually fine... Except here, the shipping rates far exceed the overall value of the item, negating the process, making buyers losers! Deceit and the ultimate "Catch 22" is what this seller offers... At least stay away from the 'Hairbrush'...You've been aptly warned.

  Seller is still refusing to do a refund even though it took 10 days to ship and I had to buy elsewhere for my grandsons birthday, I will just have to return it if it ever gets here, buyer beware with i have believed all the negative feedback. Very sad
