    The item was exactly as described and I love it!!!! I feel very lucky that I even got it!!! The box was totally smashed and one end was even open to where you could see the wrapping inside!!!!! Holy smokes!!! I k now the seller says that she reuses boxes but this was ridiculous. My pendant could have very very easier been lost forever!!!

    I am disappointed that USPS handling is so rough at this time. However, the gift box inside padding was brand new and NOT recyled. I can not control the extreme shipping of USPS, nor predict this out of the norm procedures.
