However, we receive dozens of shipments daily without any issues. Given the seller's history of poor reviews, this experience is not surprising.

Seller contacted me before finalizing my order just to make sure I knew that because HP does not make the 8620 printers anymore, there is no warranty. I like that honesty. Did not come with a printer cable, but honestly I’m not sure it was supposed to. I didn’t have one for my old printer so I think this has to be bought separately. Would definitely order again from this seller!!!
