    Purchase was for three (3) Plastic Bottles of Herbal Essences Coconut Milk Shampoo. Requested Seller to package well in a box and not a mailer so shampoo would not get damaged in shipping. Seller shipped in a padded mailer and I was shocked that the bottles of shampoo did not break in shipping and arrived safe and sound. Certainly not the way to ship items like this however they made it undamaged. Thanks

    Not only did we upgrade shipping to USPS Priority mail, the order was packed with bubble mailers, in a box inside the outer packaging. Buyer never paid any additional shipping fees for everything he requested, however we still did our best to comply with his requests. We always take pride in our business and make sure that everything is done professionally and promptly.

    One tube was under weight, which could have happened when manufactured. They responded to respectfully to my email. I would purchase from them again!

    We explained that retired, discontinued items settle with time. The total weight on the postal receipt was over one pound in weight. Otherwise we could have shipped it out for at a lesser weight. Please revise, we would appreciate it! Thanks
