    Have to say couldn't be happier, this is the last light to my setup and it's perfect. I bought two of these in the past, different sellers, and both I had to return for different reasons. Been checking everyday, I finally found a great price and it's exactly as described, used but beautiful!. I ordered Friday before labor day and soon as Tues came they shipped and got it 2 days later. They took great care with packaging and would more than happy to buy from again. Thanks for a great buy!

    Says box was open and in picture box looked good but when received box looked like it was very old and and in bad shape. Then tried to play movies in it and would not play. Tried contacting and explaining but only reply was what kind of dvd was I trying to play and then stopped replying. So I will eat the $91 and never purchase from them again

    This was a perfect transaction. The price was good and the seller was very quick to get back to me with questions that I had. The unit itself is in great condition and everything appears good. The unit came in its original box. The box had a deep dent growing across it, but because of the way the Blu-ray player is packaged, nothing actually touched the unit. The appearance is perfect, and I love the quality of this unit. I didn’t need the extra features of the UB 820 Panasonic. Thanks!
