    Exercise caution when purchasing from this seller. The item I received had a scratch on top, which the seller failed to mention in the description. I reached out multiple times seeking assistance and even requested one of the seller's other auction items as a replacement, but to no avail. This was intended as a birthday gift, and unfortunately, the seller was unhelpful in resolving the issue.

    I will always work with buyers to resolve any problems. I'm not perfect and could have missed a small "scratch". I offered a full refund a couple of times. Thats all that I could have done. Sending a different item as a replacement made no sense.
