On November 27, 2023, I ordered two (2) Hyper Tough Indoor Daily Digital Timers. Received said timers on November 30, 2023, and on the same day I plugged the timers in to charge them up. After two (2) days, of charging, they were not operational. I then contacted the seller on December 5, 2023, with no response. I understand that there is a no return policy, but I spent $29.66 and cannot use them. Do I have any other recourse of action in the matter.
