  Seller sent me two defective batteries. Tried resolving with seller first, seller appeared cooperative as time continued to pass. However, I never received the promised return label and after almost 2 weeks I finally got eBay involved. They granted the refund, right after this seller messages saying oh I sent the label a week ago, don't know why it didn't go through! Lmao sure. Also the names on sellers account, shipping info, etc are all different names. One address from US one Israel. Beware!

  both batteries came directly from dyson. you are the only buyer ever claiming both defective. ebay has issues with messages from time to time, especially with sending photos. trying to make me look bad is crazy.

  it's a genuine dyson battery, 10/10 would recommend. on dyson's website it costs 130 usd, i got it from this seller for around 80 usd. it arrived in a couple of days in original sealed dyson box.
