  Parts arrived badly packaged having been folded and compressed tightly into a cube shape for packaging. Result was permanent creases which were permanently set and would not only trap dirt and water but would be difficult to clean in situ and were aesthetically unacceptable. Vendor was incommunicative apart from 1 text claiming quality was ok. Refund made after e Bay adjudication found case proven. This could have been avoided with better packaging such as use of polythene interleaving.
