The descriptions you read were written by us, not generated through some sort of AI technology. This takes time but we feel this is the only way to conduct an honest business.

Sometimes we make mistakes and sometimes things do get broken during the shipping process. When that happens we will make all reasonable efforts to make things right. The only thing worse than receiving something you are not happy with is being the guy who sold it to you.
