    Received one of the strands pictured, natural and nicely colored beads with good polish. Price is high but stone is hard to find in larger sizes. Seller quick to respond, shipping is slow to East coast USA. Safely packed inside a small plastic "bin" wrapped in bubble wrap in unpadded envelope. Will work nicely with my personal pieces of same stone.

    The item is not as described. Most are brown and very discoloured. Contacted seller and they said they were in a different country and would contact me when they’re home. Still haven’t received contact and it’s been 6 weeks! I’ve send several messages - all have been ignored. No refund, no replacement and no reply. Terrible. Would not use this seller again.
