The only thing I could complain about was the bed has some scratches in it so they sent me a new one within a week. Customer service is on point with these guys, and as long as you know how to work on your own stuff if by chance a warranty part needs to be replaced then they make it super easy to get it done. Since the K1C experience was so good I am now waiting on a Refurbished Ender 3 v3 Plus 💪

It came with broken components. It did arrive in the original box and all packing material was correct. The seller sent a return shipping label. We returned it and they refunded the full price. They offered to refund us the difference of another purchase at current price if we decided to buy another one.
