    This item came properly packaged and quick shipping. I ended up needing to return this and CPO Outlets was 100% easy t work with. They allowed my return and could have chosen not to due to my blunder. I sent 5-6 emails to them and each time they communicated immediately. No waiting 2 days for an answer. The cordless DeWalt tool I purchased was refurbished and looked absolutely brand new with a new manual. I would definitely recommend CPO Outlets!!!!!

    Universal 20004 Deluxe Mesh Stackable front load tray-letter is exactly as pictured. Really appreciate the careful packaging with each tray in plastic and bubble wrap and air shipment pillows. All are in excellent condition and great value for the money. Really like the appearance, love the black mesh trays. Great quality. A+++++ seller and would purchase from seller again.

    The ONLY Seller / Vendor that supplies me as ADVERTISED on any website, period !! Nothing more frustrating in receiving something different. Their communications is ABSOLUTELY GREAT, prompt and in detail. I hate to do returns. There is too much BS in the Dewalt world from others, knockoffs, repackaging, kits broken up and items sold individually, let alone the so call counterfeits out there. A waste of my time.
