  The shipping on the return has damage and broken pieces to the steering column housing.

  An unfortunate situation as column was returned in box that buyer shipped it in along with extra padding. Additional new parts were included at no charge.Im sending the customer a new part to replace the broken one, and refunded $135 of the $290 charge. Is this not taking care of the customer? I did not damage this. Its difficult to put in a shipping claim.From this point on I am not offering basic GM tilt column service, Ill stick with the Corvette community where I am extremely established.
