  I ordered the item an did not get when expected, so I sent message to ask about where it was. They did reply that time saying the had missed shipping it and apologized, and gave me a tracking number. Days later, still no package, tried messaging them telling them the shipping number they gave had not moved from their possession. I got no reply after 2 day. I am trying to get my money back as I did not receive what I bought, and from what I can see, it was never shipped.
