    Item arrived defective. Was supposed to contain a glass coating embedded in a foam applicator. Upon opening the package, the foam was dry. No coating on the sponge at all. Per the sellers request, photos were taken and sent to the seller documenting the defective item. The result? The seller offered a 20% refund which would leave me with paying 80% for a defective item. Was never offered a replacement or a full refund. HORRIBLE customer service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!
