  Received with broken connection handle between loco & tender, also, lot of small pieces fell apart due to very bad packaging. Notice seller & seller agreed to refund repair service from local train shop. Unfortunately, Seller ignored 3 of my messages & did not refund as promise. This is my 1st negative feedback since I start with Ebay 15+ years. So not a fair value that I paid for + repair service. Item not as described & very bad communication.
