  Item was exactly as described and shipped REALLY fast!! However, someone put the several extra ink carts loose in the paper tray, and they moved around during shipping and into the guts of the printer! The printer was giving all kinds of error codes when first turned on, saying something was jammed. It took me half a day to find the cartridges and then had to partially disassemble the machine to get them out! Finally works great, though. Thanks again for the fast shipping.
