The item ordered, RV roof repair tape was suppose to include a FREE Roller, but it was missing from the order! I requested the missing Roller 4x's, to be sent to me, with no responses. I finally asked for a full refund or the missing Roller and still no response! I gave them ample opportunities to do what's right, but they chose to be dishonest and steal from their valued customer. This is appalling and disgraceful behavior. I do-not recommend this company!
