  First off, the item was exactly as described & perfectly packed. a week or so after I received it, I was finally home to set it up, and there was a hitch with me registering it into my alarm system. I contacted the seller, and they responded & fixed the registration issue with the manufacturer very very quickly! a great ebay seller who made a potential problem vanish even weeks after the sale!
