    I ordered blue whisper, China teapot from ESCOLAT2 and it arrived broken. I did not unwrap it all the way from the packaging. I took pictures &I notified her. Judy immediately got defensive when I asked for a refund said he was not her fault and that she would have to go to the post office to try to get her money back first.  I contacted eBay customer service and they helped me get my money back. In one email, she said “MY LOSS YOUR GAIN”  I would not buy anything from this seller again!
