  I won the auction and made the payment instantly via PayPal, but the seller never sent the Brookstone i-Need Neck and Shoulder Pro Massager Heated, claiming that it was broken. I contacted the seller and told him to send it to me whether it was broken or not, and he promised to get back to me as soon as possible, but he never did. Bad seller, don't trust him.
