  Received what looks like a used or returned powerbank. On arrival box torn up, battery 🔋 completely dead and won't turn on at all, and mostly likely damaged battery. Scratches all over unit ect seen in photos. Powerbank does not meet the seller's description at all. Contacted seller no response, opened a return claim still no response. Now waiting on Ebay to step in open dispute case & recover my money. Very Poor customer service. Waited days still no response giving negative feedback
