  The product sold here by this seller does not seem genuine to the US Bose version. I've read that there is a HongKong version - and I'm thinking that is what these are - unless they are fake. The quality is terrible - sound and manufacturing. Seller wanted to open the original packaging and send them out of the box - and at that point I probably should have known something was a bit off with the whole purchase. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.
