  I received the item shown. The description is quite misleading. It is a pinkish mauve ornament not red and white. Also it is not a Glass Eye Studio ornament. Just because you put it in a GES box does not make it a GES ornament. It is like putting Avon cologne in a Chanel bottle and selling it at Chanel prices. Seller unwilling to give a partial refund for misleading description.

  Buyer is literally telling you that she received the item shown. She tried to shake us down for $20 back to get the item cheaper after receiving it. How is the description misleading when you said you received the item shown? She provided no proof that the ornament is not GES. Ebay is full of scammers and this buyer is one of them. BLOCK AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS PERSON!!
