Condition of the cello is very excellent and exactly as described.case is really good too, it's nice styled. it came with 2 strings packages. picture for sure match exactly the description. They answered all my questions and concerns. I was kept up to date with tracking information. The package came exceptionally packed with considerable thought given to any potential issues. The case is in excellent condition. My daughter loves the straps and padding for her back. The handle folds into the case to make it easy to transport. The inside is so soft and molded to the cello. 100% recommend!

There is a employee who will respond to you, but im in Viet Nam so there is still time difference so a lil delay on message but it is ok. My case will come will a film layer to help the case get to me without scratching and the shop also gift me a set of violin strings for free and the employee who serve me named Lee was so polite.
