Trailer looked great inside and out and was exactly how the pictures looked! the dealership was great with communication during the sale and sent documents out ASAP. A few things though, the check valve in the water pump was bad (immediately started filling fresh table when hooked up to city water), also on our first camping trip, we got about 10 flushes before the toilet valve got stuck in the open position and just kept running, lastly the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work at all.

camper was just as described, great communication, had to drive from NY to Iowa, everything was ready and done when i got there. had a great guy Sean show me the camper and go over everything because i never had one before. Rick had all the paperwork ready to go and threw in a bottle of champagne to congats the purchase. great experience
