Compared to other sellers, the picture and description of the product did not help much in anticipating the actual state of the product. The communication was good, but I was a little disappointed when I received the product. I conclude that it would be correct to infer the condition of the product based on the price.

It is clearly stated that it is Used and "Good" condition. NOT any Very good, Excellent or Mint condition.
This buyer doesn't seem to be aware of eBay's condition policy, and as his feedback shows that he is completely begginer.
