    I haven’t gotten the package yet waiting here for it to be delivered. I have never seen anything take this long to ship. It’s the worst 10 days and I still haven’t gotten the item. I have no air-conditioning and it’s hot here in Florida. Don’t understand why the package got sent to New Jersey first when it’s coming to Florida.

We shipped this through UPS but if the unit was a priority, you should have upgraded shipping services to USPS Priority.
