    Item arrived from seller. I opened the unit to inspect and clean. The internal gear parts were completely destroyed. I called the seller and informed them of the problem. Seller ( Dan ) was absolutely zero help. He basically told me that it was my problem because I had purchased a pre-owned item, and they were not about to offer any help resolving the problem. If you want to purchase from this company, you may want to reconsider.
