Cord is way thinner than the authentic Hitachi product. The wire is actually dangerously thin. You can see on the product and the box it doesn't say Hitachi anywhere. Claims to be "Original", which is nonsense. Seller has ignored request for refund for this cheap knock-off.

I it is not HITACHI they should take that off the description. I ordered another wand that says HITACHI on the label and I suspect it will be far stronger in vibration which is important. We will see the difference. Perhaps that is why it is 3 times the price from the one I returned.
