  DISHONEST Seller- Worst experience I’ve had on EBAY. Mug arrived with CHIP ON RIM that was NOT DISCLOSED and can be seen in THEIR pics. Responded to specific EBay message asking for clarification that they would reimburse cost of return with “Yes” but did NOT do so - Will LIKELY say they just responded “Yes” meaning to send it back BUT this was UNDERHANDED to Say The Least. ONLY bright spot in this whole mess is that I’m RID OF IT. Enjoy your WELL DESERVED NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

  PLEASE READ!!! The buyer asked for a DISCOUNT before purchase, which I provided at 50% off. After receiving the mug, she didn’t like the size, which was clearly stated in the listing. She then claimed a “flea bite” on the rim (visible in my the photos), and I offered a full refund once the item was returned. After returning the mug, I issued the FULL refund, yet the buyer still left negative feedback. I followed all procedures and resolved the issue fairly. MY ✭✭✭✭✭ feedback speaks for itself!!

  READ THIS TOO❗️ LIAR- just found this; Have written proof that seller Agreed to Refund Shipping cost ($9+) and DIDN’T. Flea Bite eh?!? Mug cost $15+ then another $9 just to be Rid of it. Chipped mug- WORTHLESS- Full Stop. Seller Never Disclosed chip although when noted saw it was on pics which proved it was sent with it. Couldn’t care less about your FB- your Dishonest behaviour speaks for itself.
