  Okay I wrote a review for this a long time ago hopefully this time it goes through. There was a mix-up in the delivery and I hate when UPS FedEx or the Postal Service says they've delivered something when in fact they did not... at least not to me. They don't want to give you the benefit of the doubt... even eBay questions you... turns out it was delivered to the wrong address... but the seller took care of things very quickly and I'm very thankful for them straightening it out thanks much!

  This is the second time I have bought this product and on both occasions they sent me the wrong product. I bought the ORGANIC product and they sent me the regular product. The regular product is cheaper. I paid for an expensive ORGANIC product and they sent me the regular one. I sent the seller a message, but they never responded. This seller is a scammer.   Not happy with the product. I ordered two two-packs of the cross refills none of the four fillers work. One of the packages had a leaking filler. Exceptionally packed for shipping and arrived safe and sound. I suppose I’ll have to buy at brick and mortar and test the product before I purchase. I understand it’s an “as is”, if by chance you feel like resending the same to honor the purchase, open the packages and insure they write. I’ve never sent a bad feedback.

  Unfortunately i didn’t not receive the item. FedEx did not deliver it to me & i was unable to get help from FedEx, eBay, or even PayPal so i was forced to dispute the charge. Not the sellers fault. I’m giving them a 5 star rating only because i feel bad they were not at fault. Very sorry, they are victims of FedEx incompetence & eBay & PayPal’s refusing to make it right. Attached is a picture of my house that should’ve received the item. The seller will see it in no way resembles the FedEx pic.
