  Item was marked as new, but was in fact not new. Looks like it was repaired at one point. Seller made clear that he was willing to make it right. The item is in working condition, so there's no need to get a return involved. I wish the item was in the condition that was expected. For the price, it's hard to justify making a fuss. Overall, great communication from the seller!

  Product never arrived. Had to file a case with eBay. I did eventually get a refund. Received no explanation of any kind. I don't know if it was from the seller or from eBay Money Back protection. Poor showing on both parties from my perspective. The fact that I did get the money back is the only thing that keeps it Neutral and not a Negative review.
