  Difficult to find part at a great price. Unfortunately, my item arrived broken. Contacted customer support, they promptly sent out a replacement with no hassle. The replacement part also arrived broken. Contacted customer support again, and they issued a refund quickly. In the end, I had to purchase a part from the dealership, but the sellers customer support was excellent and easy to work with, no hassles. I would definitely buy from this seller again. FedEx may have handled packages roughly.

  The first one I ordered came damaged because the box was all damaged due to the carrier. However, I contacted the company and they dealt with the situation promptly and I received a new tailgate at no cost to me. They responded within the same day and took care of my problem, what great customer service it was. I am very happy with my purchase and I will purchase more products from this company in the future.

  Kit shipped out fast. Tailgate arrived in a cardboard box with a tiny bit of bubble wrap around the middle. 3 out of 4 ends were damaged so badly installation was impossible. Contacted customer service with pictures, and they quickly offered to send out a replacement. It arrived a few days later, and while it had a couple dings, it was sound enough to install without issue on my '91. Center latch/side cables were fine. Overall, decent quality (for the price), and outstanding customer service!
