However when the part shipped USPS is where I had issue #1, part was purchased Jan 4, on the 18th I messaged telling them there had been no movement for several days, their reply was “On the Move” they didn’t bother looking into it at all issue #2 - not reassuring me I’d be taken care of on the matter. On the 20th Ebay got involved and got me refunded. Days later after eBay refunded the part showed up, I already bought one…
