  There was an issue with the USPS saying that I owed postage, over $30. Sally responded to my complaints QUICKLY and PROFESSIONALLY. She was determined to make this right. She gave me ammunition to push back against the USPS, and after talking to 2 levels of supervisors, my package was released to me. Yes, the shipping charges are a little high, but blame the USPS. They don't like unusual shapes. Oh, and my carbon fiber is GORGEOUS. Beautiful finish and full penetration of the resin everywhere.
