Q. Do they always have to ship overnight with ice?
A Yes they do and they must be refrigerated upon arrival.
Q. How long do they stay fresh after arrival?
A. At least 5 days refrigerated . They are harvested the Wednesday of shipment and shipped with ice packs. That is counted as day ONE. They MUST be refrigerated upon arrival.
Q. How are they delivered?
A. By Fedex Priority Overnight Morning delivery 1-2 days. Follow tracking
Q. Will you schedule my deliver for a date in advance?
A. Yes. but use your calendar And send the WEDNESDAY date
