I purchased an item on the 17th of this month, with an estimated delivery date of the 24th, but today, the 28th, the item is still in the same position according to the tracking, with no progress at all. Additionally, there has been no communication, as I have received no updates or explanation regarding the delay. I do not recommend this seller, as their service is disappointing and their customer support is nonexistent.

    I had to ASK the seller to ship after 10 days of nothing. The item I recieved was not, in fact Prada Candy as listed, but another brand I’ve never heard of. The bottle is not the bottle in the pics. How unfortunate. Would not recommend.
