    I received the item promptly and it was still in the original packaging just as described. I hooked it up to the phone cords and power supply. I couldn't get it to function. I contacted the seller and told them of my problem. They replied very quickly and offered to refund my money. I asked for another machine of like function or the refund. They refunded my money right away. Thank you. I'm sorry it didn't work. They are top notch merchants. I recommend dealing with them.
