  Blender came with all accessories, packaged decently in a timely manner. Although the blender was completely dead on arrival. No signs of life whatsoever. Contacted seller and they asked a few basic questions. Then refunded me the full price and did not make me return the item. Disappointing but perfect resolution from the seller. A+ would buy from again.

  This item was exactly as described. I unboxed it, plugged it in, and was able to use it right away. Listed as a refurbished item, but I couldn't tell the difference between it and a new TV, except for the much lower price! I'm very happy with this seller and this purchase. I would happily buy from them again. And thank goodness the seller packed it well because FedEx ran it through the wringer for about 4 days before finally delivering it (entirely the fault of FedEx and not at all the seller).

  I'm really pleased with my purchase here. It came in good safe packaging and was in good shape when it arrives.   I had a great experience. The camera was shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect working condition. When I opened the box, I noticed that the lens hood was cracked and showed signs of being previously glued. I reached out to BuyDig with photos, and they responded promptly. While they couldn’t replace the hood due to it being out of stock, they immediately offered a partial refund, which I received the very next day. Great customer service and quick resolution — thank you again!
